Kody Funderburk is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Minnesota Twins. Born November 27, 1996, in Mesa, Arizona, he bats and throws left-handed. He made his MLB debut on August 28, 2023, with the Twins and earned the win in two perfect relief innings against Cleveland.

Funderburk went to Queen Creek High School in Queen Creek, Arizona, then played at Mesa Community College before transferring to Dallas Baptist University. The Twins drafted him in the 15th round of the 2018 MLB draft, 454th overall.

He started his pro career with the rookie-level Elizabethton Twins in 2018, then played for Cedar Rapids and Fort Myers in 2019. The 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19. In 2021 he split between Cedar Rapids and Wichita Wind Surge, going 4–3 with a 2.55 ERA and 82 strikeouts in 67 innings. In 2022 he pitched for Wichita, going 10–5 with a 2.94 ERA and 103 strikeouts in 107 innings. In 2023 he began with Wichita and was promoted to Triple-A St. Paul, posting a 2.60 ERA with 75 strikeouts and 5 saves in 52 innings for the Saints.

On August 28, 2023, Funderburk was added to the 40-man roster and promoted to the majors. He also spent part of the 2024 season on the Opening Day roster, appearing in 26 games with a 5.61 ERA and 31 strikeouts in 33 2/3 innings. He went on the injured list on July 21, 2024, with a left oblique strain and was later moved to the 60-day IL before returning on September 27. He began the 2025 season back in Triple-A St. Paul.

As of the end of the 2025 season, his MLB totals are 7–1 with a 4.31 ERA and 91 strikeouts.
