Balgale Parish (Latvian: Balgales pagasts) is a parish in Latvia. It is part of Talsi Municipality in the Kurzeme (Courland) region of Latvia. The parish covers about 74.8 square kilometers (74.79 km2 total; 73.4 km2 land and 1.39 km2 water). As of January 1, 2025, about 746 people live there, giving a population density of around 10 people per square kilometer.

The administrative center is the village of Dursupe.
