Adrianus Egbert Willem "Adriaan" de Jong (21 June 1882 – 23 December 1966) was a Dutch fencer who represented the Netherlands at five Olympic Games. He had his greatest success in sabre, winning the first two World Championships in 1922 and 1923. In épée, he won bronze at the 1912 Olympics and silver at the 1922 World Championships. At the 1924 Olympics, in the individual sabre event, he reached the semi-finals against Hungary's Sándor Pósta and was leading by three hits when an audience member fell from a chair, distracting the jury and causing them to miss De Jong's decisive hit. He finished fifth, while Pósta went on to win the gold.
