Kassim Rimawi
Kassim al-Rimawi (11 January 1918 – 29 April 1982) was a Jordanian politician who served as the 25th Prime Minister of Jordan for a short period in 1980. He was prime minister from July 3 to August 28, 1980, under King Hussein, succeeding Abdelhamid Sharaf and followed by Mudar Badran. He also served as Speaker of the Jordanian House of Representatives from 1967 to 1970. Born in Beit Rima in the British Mandate of Palestine, he was an independent politician. He died in Amman, Jordan, at the age of 64.
