Frank Anthony Brogan (3 August 1942 – 29 April 2021) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a winger. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland and died in Falkirk, Scotland, aged 78.

Brogan began his career with Celtic, joining from St Roch's in 1960. He played for Celtic from 1961 to 1964, making 37 league appearances and scoring 13 goals. He was part of the team that scored Celtic's 5000th league goal in the 1962–63 season. His younger brother, Jim Brogan, also played for Celtic, and the brothers appeared together in two matches.

In 1964 he joined Ipswich Town, where he stayed until 1971. He made 223 league appearances and scored 69 goals for Ipswich. He finished his career with Halifax Town from 1971 to 1973, playing 27 league matches and scoring 6 goals.

Overall, Frank Brogan made 287 league appearances and scored 88 league goals in his senior career. He passed away in Falkirk on 29 April 2021, aged 78.
