Kasiais Union is the smallest local government unit in Bangladesh, located in Patiya Upazila, Chittagong District. It covers 10.22 square kilometers (about 3.95 square miles) and had a population of 10,701 in 2011, living in 2,244 households. The population included 5,297 males and 5,404 females, with a literacy rate of 59.1%.

The union lies about 8 kilometers southwest of the Patiya Upazila headquarters and is bordered by Asia Union to the east; Baralia, Kusumpura, and Jiri Unions to the north; Jiri and Chatari Unions of Anwara Upazila to the west; and Paraikora Union of Anwara Upazila to the south.

Kasiais Union is the 8th Union Parishad under Patiya Upazila. Its administrative affairs fall under Patiya Thana, and it is part of Chittagong-12 (Parliamentary Constituency 289).
