KTRU (91.9 FM) is a non-commercial educational radio station serving La Harpe and the surrounding area in Kansas. The station airs English-language Contemporary Christian programming and is owned by the St. Macrina Media and Education Society. A translator at 98.5 FM in Chanute extends its reach.

Grace Public Radio applied in 2007 for a construction permit for a new station to serve Girard, Kansas. The FCC granted the permit in 2008 and the station was given the call sign KFKB in 2009. In 2010 the city of license was moved to La Harpe, with a new permit issued in 2011. The call sign was changed to KTRU on May 17, 2011. Construction was completed, and the broadcast license was granted on October 28, 2011. KTRU went silent on September 27, 2018 as Grace prepared to sell the station. It was sold to the St. Macrina Media and Education Society for $32,000 and returned to air on September 1, 2019.

The KTRU callsign was previously used by Rice University’s station in Houston from 1971 to 2011; Rice later acquired the rights to the KTRU-LP callsign in 2019.
