Julien Lorthioir (born 18 November 1983 in Douai, France) is a retired French footballer who played mainly as a midfielder. He is 1.80 m tall. Lorthioir spent most of his career in the lower divisions, with appearances in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 for Sedan, and also played for Tours, Rodez and Paris FC.

His senior career ran from 2002 to 2016:
- Sedan (2002–2005): 32 appearances, 2 goals
- Tours (2005–2006): 21 appearances, 2 goals
- Rodez (2006–2009): 82 appearances, 22 goals
- Paris FC (2009–2010): 25 appearances, 0 goals
- Rodez (2010–2016): 153 appearances, 29 goals

Lorthioir retired from professional football in July 2016. A notable moment was being part of Sedan’s squad that reached the 2005 Coupe de France Final, though he did not play in the final, which Sedan lost 2–1 to Auxerre.
