Salma Khatoon Mikrani (Nepali: सलमा खातुन मिकरानी) is a Nepalese politician. She was a proportional representative member of Nepal’s first Constituent Assembly in 2008, elected from the Madhesi Jana Adhikar Forum, Nepal. The party later split, and in May 2011 she joined the new Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum, Republican.

Before the 2013 Constituent Assembly election, she left the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum, Republican, and joined the Tarai-Madhesh Loktantrik Party in a program led by chairman Mahanth Thakur in Janakpur in August 2013. She was the only representative of the Mikrani community in the Nepalese parliament.

Born on 25 January 1976, she comes from Kattarban village, Rajdevi VDC, Rautahat District. Her father is Mohammad Shamsul Haque Mikrani and her mother is Jamila Begum Mikrani. She is married to Mohammad Azaz Mikrani from Bhadsar, Sarlahi, and they live in Bharsar-6, Sarlahi.

She actively participated in the Madhesi Movement in 2006–2007, and because of her bravery and dedication, she was given the opportunity to serve as a proportional representative from the Sarlahi district.

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) of Nepal investigated cases involving the sale of red (diplomatic) passports by some Madhesi Jana Adhikar Forum members. Mikrani was implicated in this matter, along with Shiva Pujan Rai Yadav and Rambha Devi.
