Isaac Singleton (priest)

Isaac Singleton was an Anglican priest born in London. He studied at Brasenose College, Oxford. He served as a priest in several parishes, including Whitchurch in Oxfordshire, Bleddfa, Great Salkeld, and Crosthwaite. In 1614 he became a Canon of St Paul’s Cathedral. He was Archdeacon of Brecon from 1620 to 1623, and Archdeacon of Carlisle from 1623 to 1643.
