Emmerich Teuber (May 11, 1877, in Prague – February 3, 1943, in Vienna) started the first Scouting group in Vienna, Austria, in 1912. He later served on the International Committee of the World Organization of the Scout Movement from 1922 to 1929. Teuber died from the suffering he endured in a concentration camp.
