John II of Oldenburg (Johann II Graf von Oldenburg) was a German noble who ruled as Count of Oldenburg from about 1275 to around 1301. He was the son of Christian III, Count of Oldenburg. His mother was either Hedwig von Oldenburg in Wildeshausen or Jutta of Bentheim. He married twice: first to Elisabeth of Brunswick-Lüneburg, and second to Hedwig, Countess of Diepholz. They had five children: Christian IV, John III, Conrad I, Maurice of Oldenburg, and Gisela, Countess of Hoya. John II died around 1314 or 1316, and he belonged to the House of Oldenburg.
