Joe Malay
Joe Malay was an American baseball player and first baseman. He was born October 25, 1905, in Brooklyn, New York, and died March 19, 1989, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He batted and threw left-handed. Malay played in Major League Baseball for the New York Giants, appearing in nine games across the 1933 and 1935 seasons. His MLB debut was September 7, 1933, and his final game was April 19, 1935. He had a batting average of .160. His father, Charlie Malay, played for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1905.
