Joe Brodsky (June 9, 1934 – May 25, 2006) was an American football coach who won three Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys and two national championships with the University of Miami.

Born in Miami, Florida, he played high school football at Miami Jackson and helped the team break a long losing streak. He attended the University of Florida, where he played both offense and defense and set school interception records as a senior. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in 1957 but chose to sign with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in Canada, though he was waived before the season.

Brodsky began coaching in 1965 at Miami Jackson High School, then helped start the football program at Hialeah-Miami Lakes High School, winning a state championship in 1975. He joined the University of Miami as running backs coach in 1978 and contributed to national titles in 1983 and 1987. In 1989 he moved to the Dallas Cowboys as running backs coach, helping develop Emmitt Smith and the team win three Super Bowls (XXVII, XXVIII, and XXX). He later coached running backs for the Chicago Bears in 1998.

His son Larry played college football at Miami and in the USFL. Brodsky died in 2006 after a battle with prostate cancer.
