Seymour Eugene Gourley, QC (December 20, 1854 – January 5, 1906) was a Canadian lawyer and politician from Nova Scotia. He represented Colchester as a Conservative Member of Parliament in the House of Commons from 1900 to 1904.

Gourley was born in Brookfield, Nova Scotia, the son of Elisha C. Gourley and Mary Black. He was educated in Brookfield and Truro, then attended Horton Academy and Acadia College. He was admitted to the bar in 1874 and began practicing law in Truro. In 1891, he married H. Rose McLellan, and he was named a Queen's Counsel the same year. Gourley died on January 5, 1906, at the age of 51.
