Jiwaru Days is the 55th single by the Japanese idol group AKB48. It was released in Japan on March 13, 2019, by King Records, in seven different versions. The center performer was Rino Sashihara, who was leaving the group.

The single topped the Oricon Singles Chart and Billboard Japan Hot 100, selling over 1.4 million copies in its first week. In 2022, Indonesian and Thai versions were released by JKT48 and BNK48 to mark the departure of the first-generation members. Those covers were released as commemorative singles for the group’s early members.

Jiwaru Days became the 48th AKB48 single to debut at number one and the 36th consecutive AKB48 single to sell over a million copies, helping the group rank among Japan’s best-selling artists. However, sales were considered average for the group, partly because the 2019 General Election (where fans vote for front-line members) was canceled that year.

This single is noted as the last AKB48 release in the Heisei period. The Thai sister group BNK48 also released a cover version titled Jiwaru DAYS (ジワるDAYS) on November 20, 2022, as their first special single for first-generation members.
