Jim Montgomery (April 13, 1915 – June 13, 1982) was an American professional basketball player. Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, he played college basketball at Villanova from 1936 to 1939. He played in the National Basketball League for the Akron Goodyear Wingfoots from 1939 to 1946, as a center or power forward, and averaged 3.3 points per game. He later became a vice president at Reynolds and Reynolds. Montgomery stood 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 190 pounds. He died in Mesa, Arizona at age 67.
