Jim Émilien Ngowet Allevinah is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Kasımpaşa in Turkey, on loan from Angers. He represents Gabon at international level. Born on 27 February 1995 in Agen, France, he is 1.72 m tall.

Allevinah began his football journey with Entente Boé-Bon-Encontre, with a brief spell at Stade Montois. He started his senior career in the lower levels of French football, playing for Entente Boé-Bon-Encontre and SU Agen in December 2014, before moving to Marmande, then Bayonne, and Le Puy.

His performances with Le Puy helped him move to Clermont Foot in 2019 on a three-year contract. He made his professional debut for Clermont in the 2019–20 season against Châteauroux, coming on as a substitute and winning a penalty that helped win the game 3–0.

In May 2024, Allevinah signed with Angers. On 29 January 2026, he went on loan to Kasımpaşa in the Turkish Süper Lig.

Internationally, Allevinah chose to play for Gabon, making his debut on 23 March 2019 against Burundi. He scored his first international goal on 5 September 2021 in a 1–1 draw with Egypt and added another goal against Egypt in the same qualifying window. He was part of Gabon’s squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, scoring a late equalizer against Ghana and the opening goal against Morocco as Gabon reached the knockout stage before being eliminated by Burkina Faso in a penalty shootout.

As of late 2025, he has 36 international caps for Gabon and 10 goals. His club career has seen him progress from French lower leagues to top-flight football and international duty with Gabon.
