Mitsuru Sugaya (すがやみつる; born September 20, 1950, in Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese manga artist, novelist, and writer of instructional comics and racing books. He created and illustrated Game Center Arashi, a manga series inspired by video games. He also drew a manga tie‑in for the 1970s Japanese Spider‑Man TV show and did manga adaptations for all Kamen Rider series from Ichigo to Stronger. He won the 1983 Shogakukan Manga Award in the Children category. He has been active since the 1970s.
