Jerome Souers (born May 20, 1958) is an American college football coach. He is the head coach at Montana State University–Northern in the Frontier Conference, a role he has held since 2022. Before that, he was the head coach at Northern Arizona University from 1998 to 2018. Souers grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and went to North Eugene High School with Danny Ainge, a former NBA player and head coach. He played college football at the University of Oregon.

His career as a head coach is 126–152, with a playoff record of 1–5. He led Northern Arizona to the Big Sky Conference championship in 2003 and was named Big Sky Coach of the Year in 1999. In 2020–2021 he served as defensive coordinator at Southern Oregon, and his current Montana State–Northern record is 3–38.
