Jeff Dabe
Jeff Dabe (born June 1963) is an American heavy equipment operator and professional arm wrestler known for his unusually large hands and arms. Nicknamed “Popeye,” he has had oversized limbs since childhood. In 2022 his forearm measured about 20 inches around. He began arm wrestling in 1981, but stopped after a right elbow injury in 1996. He returned in 2012, competing only with his left arm, and won the Minnesota state arm-wrestling championship. He was the 2021 world champion of the International Federation of Arm Wrestling. Outside the sport, Dabe works as a heavy equipment operator and runs a hobby farm in Stacy, Minnesota, with his wife Gina and their three children.
