The Women's slalom C-1 event at the 2015 Pan American Games was held July 18–19 at the Minden Wild Water Preserve in Minden Hills. The competition featured six athletes from six nations. Ana Sátila of Brazil won the gold with a time of 113.01 seconds, Colleen Hickey of the United States took silver, and Haley Daniels of Canada earned bronze.

This event marked the first time women’s canoe slalom was included at the Pan American Games and also served as part of the qualification for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. If Brazil had won, the runner-up would have qualified instead.
