Jean-Ernest Ramez (15 May 1932 – 17 November 2020) was a French sabre fencer. Born in Prisches, France, he competed in the team sabre at the 1964 and 1968 Olympic Games. At the Mediterranean Games, he won gold medals in the individual sabre and the team sabre events in 1959 in Beirut, and a silver medal in the individual sabre event in 1963 in Naples. He passed away in Crolles, France.
