Wagner Fernandes da Silva, born April 8, 1967, in Mirandópolis, Brazil, is a former footballer who played as a centre-back. He stood out with Mixto, helping them win the state championship in 1989. He then spent most of his career at Grêmio from 1990 to 1997, making 100 appearances and scoring three goals, including one in the 1997 Campeonato Gaúcho final. He also had loan spells with São José-RS (1993), Brasil de Farroupilha (1994), and Rio Branco-SP (1996), and finished his playing career with Brasil de Pelotas (1998–1999). After retiring, he became a coach in youth football.
