Jaruma is a 4,863-meter-high mountain in the Bolivian Andes. It is located in the Potosí Department, Daniel Campos Province, Llica Municipality. Jaruma sits between the Uyuni salt flat to the east and the Napa salt flat to the west. Nearby peaks include Mancha to the southeast and Thuwa to the south, and a smaller mountain on its southwest slope is Wiraqucha Qullu. The name comes from the Aymara language, with jaru meaning bitter and uma meaning water, so Jaruma means "bitter water."
