Jan Prokop Schaaffgotsche (German: Johann Prokop von Schaffgotsch; fully titled Johann Prokop Graf von Schaffgotsch Freiherr von Kynast und Greiffenstein) was a Roman Catholic clergyman and bishop from Bohemia. He was born on 22 May 1748 in Prague and died on 8 May 1813 in České Budějovice. He served as an auxiliary bishop in Prague and became the first bishop of České Budějovice.
