Macromia annulata

Macromia annulata, known as the bronzed river cruiser, is a dragonfly in the family Macromiidae. It lives in parts of North America: the Mexican states of Nuevo León and San Luis Potosí, and the U.S. states of New Mexico and Texas. The IUCN lists it as Least Concern, with a stable population and no major threats.
