Ixamatus lornensis is a small mygalomorph spider in the Microstigmatidae family and is found only in Australia. It was described in 1985 by Australian arachnologist Robert Raven. The name comes from its type locality, the rainforest of Lorne State Forest in the Mid North Coast region of north-eastern New South Wales. The male holotype measures about 11.9 mm in length. Its carapace, legs and chelicerae are orange-brown; the upper abdomen is brown with white mottling, and the underside is mainly white. Ixamatus lornensis is known from rainforest habitats in north-eastern New South Wales.
