Al-Huda Mosque is in central Dunedin, New Zealand. Many Muslims moved to Dunedin in the late 20th century, including students and new migrants. In 1990 the Otago Muslim Association bought a former warehouse in the city centre and turned it into a mosque. The mosque opened in 2000.

Today, Al-Huda Mosque is more than a place to pray. It offers language classes, youth programs, and events that bring people of different faiths together. In 2019 the community began planning an expansion to meet growing needs.

After the Christchurch mosque shootings in March 2019, Al-Huda Mosque became a place of mourning and solidarity. Vigils and open days brought thousands of Dunedin residents together, with leaders calling for unity and understanding.

The mosque is run by the Otago Muslim Association, which manages services, education programs, and interfaith activities across the region.
