Ilay Alioune Gino Rian Camara is a Belgian-born footballer who plays as a full-back or winger for Anderlecht and represents Senegal internationally. He was born on 18 January 2003 in Bonheiden, Belgium, and is 1.74 meters tall. He has dual citizenship with Senegal and Belgium.

Camara came through the youth systems of Keerbergen, OH Leuven and Anderlecht, joining Anderlecht’s setup in 2019. He started his senior career with Anderlecht B in 2022-23. In 2023 he signed his first professional contract with Anderlecht, lasting until 2025.

He then moved to RWDM from 2023 to 2025, making 28 appearances and scoring 3 goals. In August 2024 he was loaned to Standard Liège, where he played as a left and right back and impressed in his first month. Standard Liège later signed him permanently in April 2025.

In July 2025, Camara was sold back to Anderlecht for a reported fee of around €4–4.5 million, and he signed a contract with Anderlecht lasting until 2030. He began the season strong, providing an assist on his league debut for Anderlecht against Cercle Brugge on 3 August, and four days later he assisted again in his European debut against Sheriff Tiraspol, before suffering a hamstring injury.

Internationally, Camara played for Belgium at youth level (U15 and U16). In March 2025 he was called up to the Senegal national team, and FIFA approved his switch a few days later. He made his Senegal debut in the starting lineup in a 2–0 win over Togo on 25 March 2025.
