Spiramide
Spiramide, developed under the code AMI-193, is an experimental antipsychotic. It blocks several brain receptors: 5-HT2A, 5-HT1A, and the D2 dopamine receptor, with negligible activity at the 5-HT2C receptor. Its chemical formula is C22H27FN3O2 (molar mass about 384.5 g/mol). It is studied for potential treatment of psychosis and is not an approved medication.
