2015 Warwick District Council election

Elections were held on Thursday 7 May 2015, with results declared on Saturday 9 May. All 46 seats on Warwick District Council were up for election after ward boundaries were changed. The council remained under Conservative control.

Results
- Conservative: 31 seats (up 6); 32,645 votes (43.3%)
- Labour: 9 seats (up 1); 17,114 votes (22.7%)
- Whitnash Residents: 3 seats; 2,789 votes (3.7%)
- Liberal Democrats: 2 seats (up 7); 9,876 votes (13.1%)
- Green Party: 1 seat (up 1); 10,102 votes (13.4%)

The council has 46 seats in total, so a majority requires 24 seats. The Conservatives held the majority both before and after the election.

Boundary changes
- The election followed a boundary review by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE), which redrew many ward boundaries.
- The aim was to keep about 46 councillors and to have wards with more equal numbers of voters, mostly two-councillor wards.
- Draft plans were published in 2012, final recommendations came in March 2013, and the Warwick (Electoral Changes) Order 2014 enacted the changes for the 2015 election.
