ICT Group (Russia), also known as IST Group, was a private investment company active in Russia from 1991 to 2013. It was founded by Alexander Nesis and partners and was based in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The group invested across banking, metals and mining, precious metals, heavy engineering, logistics, construction and development.

Notable holdings included NOMOS-BANK, Khanty-Mansi Bank, Polymetal and United Wagon Company. It also owned stakes in Uralkali and Baltic Leasing during the early 2010s. Most assets were in Russia, with some interests in Kazakhstan.

In 2013 ICT Group ceased operations and restructured its assets into ICT Holding Ltd, a Cyprus-based private equity firm focusing on international equity and venture investments in energy, metals, autos and medtech. Alexander Nesis remained a key shareholder.

Key milestones
- 1993: NOMOS-BANK founded; ICT later sold a 49.99% stake to PPF Group and J&T in 2007–08.
- 2009: Khanty-Mansi Bank came under ICT control.
- 2011: NOMOS-BANK IPO on MICEX and LSE; ICT held a stake in the bank.
- 2013: NOMOS-BANK stake sold to Otkritie Financial Corporation; ICT reduced its holdings.
- 2010–2013: ICT built and then exited its stake in Uralkali.
- Rail and manufacturing: created Titran-Express and built the TVSZ railcar plant in Tikhvin (operational in 2012), with TVSZ managed by United Wagon Company (which later IPO’d in 2015); ICT exited by 2019.
- Other activities included real estate development in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, ownership in the Transmash site in Tikhvin, and international ventures such as ARIA S.p.A. and EMMA Delta, with exits in the 2010s.
