Hyderomastgroningem is the fifth studio album by the Japanese band Ruins. It was released in 1995 on Tzadik Records and recorded in December 1993. The music blends progressive rock and zeuhl and runs for 67 minutes and 15 seconds. Produced by Ruins, all tracks were written by Tatsuya Yoshida. Rolling Stone ranked the album 49th on its list of the 50 greatest progressive rock albums of all time. It follows Graviyaunosch (1993) and precedes Refusal Fossil (1997).
