Humbert Ronald Boerleider, nicknamed Boelie, was a Surinamese footballer and coach. He was born on 17 August 1935 in Onverwacht, Suriname, and died on 19 August 2016 in Paramaribo.

He played as a midfielder mainly for S.V. Transvaal in Suriname, with a one-season spell at V.V. Ajax in the third tier. He helped Transvaal win four national titles and played for the Suriname national team from 1957 to 1965.

In 1965 he moved to the Netherlands to study sports and worked as an assistant coach for Fortuna Sittard (1965–1969). He returned to Suriname to coach S.V. Transvaal (1969–1973) and then led the Suriname national team during the 1974 World Cup qualifying campaign (appointed 1973). He also guided Transvaal to the national title in 1970.

Later, Boerleider hosted sports radio programs on RadioApintie. He passed away in Paramaribo at the age of 81.
