Hugh Alexander Gourley (30 July 1875 – ?) was an Australian trade unionist and a Labor member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly from 1908 to 1911, representing Mount Leonora.

Gourley was born in Victoria, the son of Annie Jane (née Coote) and Gilbert Gourley. He moved to Western Australia in 1898 during the gold rush and settled in Menzies. There he worked as a gold miner, a greengrocer, and a fuel merchant. He was secretary of the Menzies Miners' Union, served two terms on the Menzies Municipal Council, and sat on the North Coolgardie Road Board.

He entered Parliament at the 1908 state election as a Labor member. Before the 1911 election, he was defeated for Labor preselection by George Foley, finishing sixth on the ballot.

After leaving Parliament, Gourley worked as a land agent in Perth for a few years. Little is known about his life after 1913, though a person with the same name stood for office in Townsville in 1927, suggesting he may have moved to Queensland.
