Hopurlu, also spelled Khopurlu or Opurly, is a village in the Kalbajar District of Azerbaijan, in the East Zangezur Economic Region. It lies at coordinates 40°02′19″N 45°58′42″E (40.03861°N, 45.97833°E). The village uses AZT (UTC+4) and observes daylight saving time at UTC+5 in summer.
