Holden Hill is a suburb in the inner north-east of Adelaide, South Australia, about 10 kilometres from the city centre. It sits in two local government areas—Port Adelaide Enfield and Tea Tree Gully—and is part of the state electoral districts of Florey and Torrens and the federal division of Sturt. The postcode is 5088 and the suburb was established in 1954. About 3,716 people lived there in 2021. The name comes from Holden's Hill, a road extension laid out in 1855 on land once owned by R. Halden, who liked Holden cars after 1935. Holden Hill has a police station. It is close to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and Gilles Plains shopping centres. Kildare College, a private girls' school, is in Holden Hill. The Torrens Linear Park cycle path runs nearby, providing a route to Adelaide City along the Torrens Catchment. Local cinemas are at Tea Tree Plaza (Hoyts) and the area is near the Valley View Golf Course. In the past, Ciombola, a bicycle frame maker, had a factory in Holden Hill.
