Wenquan County, also known as Arixang or Rasiyan, is a county in the northwest of Xinjiang, China. It is part of the Börtala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and borders Kazakhstan’s Almaty Region to the north and west. The county covers about 5,900 square kilometers and has a population of about 49,700 people (2020 census). The county seat is Bogdar. Wenquan is divided into 3 towns and 3 townships. It uses China Standard Time (UTC+8).
