Dorogorskoye is a rural locality (a selo) in Mezensky District, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia. It is the administrative center of Dorogorskoye Rural Settlement. The population was 391 in 2010, and there are 3 streets. Dorogorskoye lies on the Mezen River, about 31 kilometers south of Mezen, the district's administrative centre, by road. The nearest rural locality is Timoshchelye.
