Henry "Razzo" Carroll (July 12, 1905 – January 14, 1999) was an American soccer forward who played in the early professional leagues and for the U.S. national team.

Born in New Jersey, Carroll began his club career with Bayonne Rovers S.C. in the late 1920s. He then joined the Brooklyn Wanderers of the American Soccer League (ASL) in 1929, becoming a regular scorer by the 1930 fall season with five goals in six games. The Wanderers withdrew from the league after the 1931 spring season, and Carroll later played for the Kearny Scots, Brookhattan, Philadelphia Americans, and Brooklyn Hispano.

In 1934, Carroll tied with Archie Stark as the ASL’s top scorer. He continued to play professionally, later joining the Philadelphia Americans and helping them win the ASL title in 1942.

Internationally, Carroll earned two caps for the United States in 1928, scoring one goal. He was part of the U.S. Olympic team in 1928. He scored in the 11–2 loss to Argentina in the first round and played in a 3–3 draw with Poland in Warsaw.

Carroll had Irish ancestry through his mother, Mary Dowling, who came from Listowel, County Kerry, Ireland. He passed away in 1999 at the age of 93.
