Henley Beach South is a coastal suburb in Adelaide, South Australia. It sits about 9 km west of the city centre, between Henley Beach Road and the River Torrens Outlet. To the north is Henley Beach, to the east Fulham, and to the south West Beach.

As of the 2021 census, 2,799 people live in Henley Beach South. The population is nearly evenly split between males and females, with most residents born in Australia (about 76%), and around 7% from England. The suburb is part of the City of Charles Sturt, in the Henley Ward.

Key places include Henley Beach Primary School on Hazel Terrace and the Torrens Linear Park along the River Torrens Outlet at the southern edge. The long Henley Beach runs along the coast, and there is greenspace near Lexington Road.

Major roads are Henley Beach Road, which connects to the Adelaide city centre, and Seaview Road, running roughly north–south along the coast. Public transport is provided by Adelaide Metro buses; trams used to operate here until 1957. A bicycle path runs through Linear Park.
