Urceola (fungus)
Urceola is a genus of fungi in the order Helotiales. Its exact position among Helotiales members is unknown, and it has not been placed into any family with certainty. It belongs to: Kingdom Fungi; Division Ascomycota; Subdivision Pezizomycotina; Class Leotiomycetes; Order Helotiales. The genus Urceola was first described by French mycologist Lucien Quélet in 1886.
