Harry Mears (30 April 1922 – 30 March 1999) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Collingwood and South Melbourne in the VFL. A rover, he came up from the Collingwood seconds and played 19 games in 1945, often starting on the bench. In 1946 he moved to South Melbourne for more playing opportunities. That year he was the club’s leading goal-kicker with 32 goals and earned 11 Brownlow Medal votes, the most by any South Melbourne player. He stayed with South Melbourne through 1948, then went on to coach Mortlake in the Hampden Football League. He was 168 cm tall and weighed 72 kg. He originated from Alphington Amateurs and died in 1999 at age 76.
