Hale (2023 Trafford ward)

Hale is an electoral ward in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. It was created in 2023 after boundary changes and covers Hale, including the area that used to be Hale Central. The ward elects three councillors to Trafford Council.

- Hannah Spencer (Green)
- Owain Sutton (Green)
Note: After a by-election in November 2025, the ward was represented by two Green councillors (Leicester and Spencer) and one Conservative councillor (Natalie Shalom).

Elections
- May 2023: Three Green Party councillors were elected – Jane Leicester, Hannah Spencer, and Owain Sutton.
- May 2024: Green hold; Owain Sutton was the top Green candidate. Turnout was about 3,700.
- November 2025 by-election: Conservative Natalie Shalom won a seat, defeating Green candidate Orla Weir. Turnout was about 3,271. This reduced Green representation to two seats and added one Conservative seat.

Hale is part of the Altrincham and Sale West parliamentary constituency.
