Habitation La Grivelière, or Grivelière House, is a historic coffee plantation and coffeehouse in Vieux-Habitants, on Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe, a French overseas region. It was founded in the late 17th century and named a Monument historique in 1987. The plantation runs along the Grande Rivière des Vieux-Habitants inside Guadeloupe National Park, about 200 meters above sea level. It is managed by Association Verte Vallée. One building has been turned into a coffeehouse for visitors. La Grivelière is one of the best-preserved agricultural estates in the Lesser Antilles. The site contains about a dozen buildings: a manor house, an overseer's house, houses for permanent workers, two boucans, a roasting shed, mills, an oratory, and five slave huts. Coordinates: 16.07165°N, 61.72879°W.
