HMS Forth was a 50-gun fifth-rate frigate of the Endymion class. She was launched on 14 June 1813 at Blackwall and broken up at Chatham in July 1819.

From June 1813 to 1815, Forth served under Captain Sir William Bolton in The Downs and later off the Scheldt, and in 1814–1815 she served under Sir Edward Codrington. During the War of 1812 off North America, Captain Bolton commanded her when the American privateer brig Regent was captured on 19 September 1814 in Little Egg Harbor.

From February 1816 to July 1819 she was commanded by Captain Sir John Louis, after undergoing a refit at Chatham that prepared her first as a flagship and later as a fourth-rate frigate.
