Massimo Bertolini
Massimo Bertolini is a former Italian tennis player from Verona, born on May 30, 1974. He turned professional in 1993 and retired in 2006. A doubles specialist, he reached a career-high doubles ranking of World No. 36 in May 2004. He won two ATP Tour doubles titles and 12 Challenger doubles titles, and he played in 34 doubles finals (14 wins and 20 losses).
In Grand Slam play, Bertolini’s best doubles results were reaching the quarterfinals at the US Open in 2001 and the French Open in 2003, with a third-round appearance at Wimbledon in 2000. He also made the second round at the Australian Open in 2002 and 2004. He represented Italy in the 2000 Olympics, reaching the doubles second round.
In singles, his highest ranking was No. 329, achieved on May 1, 1995.
