HDMS Glenten
HDMS Glenten (P557) was a Flyvefisken-class patrol vessel of the Royal Danish Navy. Built by Danyard A/S in Frederikshavn, she was launched in 1992 and commissioned on 1 February 1992. Glenten was the first ship of series 2 of the Flyvefisken class, also known as the SF300. The ship’s name means “kite” in Danish.
Glenten served Denmark until she was decommissioned on 7 October 2010. In October 2014 she was sold to the Portuguese Navy along with four other ships from the class. Renamed Mondego (P592), she was refitted and commissioned into Portugal’s navy in 2015.

As Mondego, she has served in Portugal since 2015.
