Men's pommel horse at the 2022 Commonwealth Games took place at Arena Birmingham in Birmingham, England. The qualification round was on 29 July 2022 and the final on 1 August 2022. Eight gymnasts from six nations competed. The winning score was 14.833. Medalists were: Gold - Joe Fraser (England); Silver - Rhys McClenaghan (Northern Ireland); Bronze - Jayson Rampersad (Canada). Qualification for the final was determined from the team competition. All times were in British Summer Time (UTC+1).
